Enabling a global inventory view and omnichannel order fulfilment for an American apparel and footwear company

As online sales surged during the pandemic, a global multi-brand apparel company noticed inventory shortages in direct channels and surpluses in stores. They aimed to leverage store inventories for eCommerce orders through BOPIS/SFS/ROBS to address this.

We implemented our in-house distributed order management system (n-DOMS) across 360 stores in EMEA and NORA, connecting DCs and stores for efficient order fulfilment. This led to a 75% reduction in time to market and saved 300 person-days of implementation costs.
