Dr. Martin Enderle holds a PhD in mathematics and physics from Leibniz University Hannover and studied previously at King's College London and Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. He is an independent advisor and investor and serves as managing director of digi.me GmbH in Munich. His previous professional roles include serving as CEO of the Scout24 Group, Senior Vice President at Deutsche Telekom AG, and holding executive positions at T-Online, McKinsey & Company, Rocket Internet, and EQT Partners. Most recently, he was Deputy Chairperson of the Supervisory Board of Delivery Hero SE. Dr. Enderle has extensive experience in leading high-growth digital platforms and in the transformation of technology-driven business models. His expertise includes digital scaling, platform strategy, innovation, and international business development.

He is considered an independent member of the Supervisory Board within the meaning of the German Corporate Governance Code.

Christian Bacherl completed his studies in 1997 with a B.A. in Business Administration from European Business School, Oestrich Winkel and holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from James Madison University, Virginia. He started his career in Banking in 1997 with a specialization in Equity Capital Markets. From 2015 to 2019 Christian Bacherl served as a board member of a German banking institution before founding ACCNITE, an advisory firm and SaaS provider, where he currently serves as managing partner.

Christian has expertise in financial topics including accounting, financial audit, internal monitoring, M&A, capital markets, investor relations, etc. as well as experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. He is considered an independent member of the Supervisory Board within the meaning of the German Corporate Governance Code.

Dr. Shalini Sarin holds a doctorate in Organization Behavior, and double Masters in Sociology and Human Resource Management. She has certifications in Advanced Human Resource from Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, in Executive Coaching from Motorola University, Chicago and in Psychometrics from the British Psychology Society. She is also certified from INSEAD on International Director’s program and on Governance from IOD. She started her career as a lecturer of Organization Behavior and has over three decades of corporate experience, including roles as global chief people officer, head of global foundation and business leader for the Base of the Pyramid Solar Lighting business. She has worked across India, Europe and US in regional and global roles. Since January 2020, Shalini has been a co-founder and executive director of EV charge point operator start-up in addition to serving on the boards of a few listed companies as an independent director.

Shalini has expertise in various management topics including organization behaviour, human resources, and corporate social responsibility. She is considered an independent member of the Supervisory Board within the meaning of the German Corporate Governance Code.

Vishal Gaur is the Anne and Elmer Lindseth Dean and Professor of Operations, Technology, and Information Management at the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management in the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business. Gaur earned his PhD from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania (2001), MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (1995), and BTech in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (1993).

Gaur’s expertise lies in supply chains, retailing, e-commerce, and marketplace operations. His work has been successfully implemented in many companies, and he has previously served in several leadership positions, including as an editor in journals, as the Associate Dean for MBA Programs at Cornell, and as the founding director of Cornell’s Master of Science in Business Analytics degree program. He is considered an independent member of the Supervisory Board within the meaning of the German Corporate Governance Code.

Dr. Hans-Paul Bürkner studied economics and sinology at Ruhr University Bochum, holds an M.A. from Yale University, and earned a doctorate from the University of Oxford. He is Senior Advisor and Global Chair Emeritus at the Boston Consulting Group, where he previously served as CEO and Global Chair. He has decades of international experience in strategic consulting for global companies, particularly in the financial services sector. His expertise includes global transformation, governance, corporate strategy, and organizational scaling. For Nagarro, he contributes deep insights into growth, international expansion, and supervisory governance.

Jack Clemons is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and holds an M.A. from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau. He is an independent advisor with extensive international experience in finance, strategy, and corporate governance. He previously served as CEO and CFO of the Bata Group and began his career as an auditor and later partner at Deloitte. For Nagarro, he brings broad expertise in group finance, risk management, international reporting, and ESG governance.

He is considered an independent member of the Supervisory Board within the meaning of the German Corporate Governance Code.

Mr. Dürschmidt received his degree in Business Administration from Munich University of Applied Sciences in 1983. From 1986, he gathered experience in strategy consulting for SMEs at an international management consulting firm. Following a successful IPO, Mr. Dürschmidt took his first position in a management board in 1992. After founding an investment company together with partners, Mr. Dürschmidt was responsible for the development and management of the investment portfolios of medium-sized companies, with a view to applying his many years of international experience in strategy consulting. From 2003 to 2021, Mr. Dürschmidt served as Chief Executive Officer of Allgeier SE. Until April 2025, Mr. Dürschmidt was Chairperson and member of the Supervisory Board of Nagarro SE and was re-elected to the Supervisory Board in June 2025.

Mr. Dürschmidt’s experience covers a diverse set of topics including entrepreneurship, leadership, governance, finance & accounting, M&A, investing, capital markets, etc.
