Our customer satisfaction scores reflect our CARING values and the overall pride and excellence of our work. Why do we care? Customers, clients, we like to call them partners. It ensures we always go the extra mile.

Every quarter we ask all our customers how we are doing across a range of parameters. The data is analyzed, and the lessons are internalized. Following are the findings for Q2 2024. Each question displays the percentage of customers who selected “Always” or “Mostly” in the quarterly customer satisfaction survey conducted by Nagarro.
