Thomas Steirer is a test automation architect from Vienna, bringing with him more than 15 years of experience. He has developed numerous automation frameworks and solutions in various industries and technologies. His focus is on building scalable and sustainable solutions that are primarily designed to provide valuable information, and researching the use of artificial intelligence with the goal of making test automation even more efficient. At Nagarro, he supports clients in the introduction and optimization of test automation. In his spare time, he teaches at the universities in Austria.

Jan Nößner develops systems in the field of AI and Machine Learning at Nagarro. He gained his theoretical knowledge about machine learning and data integration during his doctoral studies at the University of Mannheim, the largest institute in Germany for Data and Web Science. He published numerous articles in top-tier conferences and won multiple best-paper Awards. Jan Nößner developed innovative and new data modeling strategies in Big Data solutions with SQL, No-SQL and Graph databases and led projects in many companies where he implemented machine learning in the productive system.
