Empowering young minds with a virtual ‘Game Station’

This was the vision of a leading bank in CEE whose groundbreaking CSR program was designed to educate and empower the young generation, foster financial independence. The program was designed to impart three key learnings for the young participants –

1. Managing household budgets,
2. The interconnectedness of global supply chains, and
3. Understanding the bullwhip effect.

Recognizing the need to make financial learning informative yet fun and interactive, the bank partnered with Nagarro. Leveraging our gamification expertise, we transformed the program by building a state-of-the-art virtual game station with immersive learning experiences.
