The client wanted to ensure consistent financial visibility while adhering to the statutory requirements for each country. They sought high-level data accuracy and a single source of truth for bringing efficiency to their day-to-day operations.  The client further sought to ensure a uniform Chart of Accounts (COA) and the availability of financial applications at all their locations. They wanted to streamline and simplify their processes and consolidate data globally for analysis and reporting.

Nagarro supported the client in the global rollout of the financial management module in a phased manner. It included localized database implementations for every country, with data migration, setups, configurations, and workflows. Through custom developments like API-led integrations, test automations, and process automations across purchase requisition/purchase orders, we built new features and reports as required by the business process and statutory requirements of each country. We supported the integration of Business Central with third-party applications such as retail software, document capture, bank payments, and Power BI. And ensured faster onboarding of the client’s IT team and the best use of the new capabilities through training and technical documentation.
