We needed to identify a long-term technology vision and solution that included the best fit off-the-shelf core systems such as the ERP, LMS, etc., and the custom development of solutions for the identified pain areas. We needed to create trailers for lectures and sessions, create a one-stop information solution for all queries, etc.

As a technology partner, Nagarro first conducted interviews, design thinking workshops, and research to identify the challenges and the technology blueprint for the University. After this, the core system partners for the University were shortlisted and identified. Simultaneously custom development of tools like a conversational AI and a webinar trailer generator tool to rectify certain identified pain areas of the University began.
