“As Service Representative & Consulting Digital Tools leader in Energy Management, Services Line of Business at Schneider Electric, my role is to make sure our platforms and applications are providing the best employee and customers experience by answering all their need but also by being stable, fast, secure and scalable.

EcoConsult Audit Advanced is one of our key consulting services offer which drives assessment and establishes the current condition of customers electrical system, including identifying at-risk or obsolete equipment while providing visibility into safety and regulatory compliance issues.

Our equipment and network experts use an internal tool “EcoConsult Audit App” to record and report all findings, risks, recommendations and to plan further course of actions.  “EcoConsult Audit App” is a complex implementation on Microsoft .Net with integration to our enterprise ecosystem including the mySchneider customer portal, and other applications. The app operates in both offline and online modes, has some of the most complex implementations around SLD (Single Line Diagrams).

We invited Nagarro as part of an RFP process for development and enhancement of “EcoConsult Audit App”.

We were outright impressed by Nagarro’s RFP response with depth and breadth of the proposal including but not limited to:

• Reflection of their awareness of the topic / domain and articulation of the same with minimum support from Schneider Electric (“SE”)
• Framework driven approach to knowledge transition defining the exact commitment needed from SE and the incumbent vendor
• “Thinking Breakthrough” approach to present business viable ideas. We have adopted some of them already in the journey so far
• Nagarro went a step further to review the existing code and not only highlighting challenges but also suggestions to address them

We were impressed yet again during the execution of Knowledge transition by:

• Nagarro’s approach to ensure key focus on maintaining business continuity in all situations
• Professionalism while engaging with the incumbent vendor
• Ability to lead most of the topics independently without much support from SE or the incumbent vendor
• Successful before-time handover completion

We continue to be impressed even today during the project execution:

• Nagarro team follows a comprehensive framework driven approach, aligned to industry best practices, with focus on quality of deliveries and striving to improve product stability even further
• They have been already able to reduce the technical debt by 50%
• The team has always adhered to committed delivery timelines and scope with transparency at every level, thus making, the partnership between both teams truly phenomenal and fulfilling

We just completed 1 year from the date of award of “EcoConsult Audit App” project to Nagarro.
