With over 400 short- and long-term agreements for the private use of City-owned property under their purview, RES required an efficient system for the integrated management of leases and an electronic document repository.

DCAS partnered with Nagarro to implement a modern Real Estate Management System (REMS) built on the ARCHI-BUS platform. This end-to-end solution includes key functions such as Space Management, Lease and Cost Administration, Portfolio Management, Project and Document Management, and Payment Processing via NYC CityPay. REMS has revolutionized access to lease information by providing consolidated single-screen views of lease data through a user-friendly lease portfolio console.
