Streamlining global operations

Helping achieve faster global rollout of Oracle Financials and Supply Chain modules ensuring adoption of standardized processes.

The client, as a part of streamlining global operations, post mergers, and acquisitions, needed a partner to help onboard the acquired subsidiaries across locations, onto a uniform global Oracle platform. Further, they required a solution to seamlessly connect their Salesforce CRM and Oracle ERP platforms, and automate their sales processes.


We implemented business-specific solutions on Oracle Financials and Oracle Supply Chain modules to streamline customer’s global financial processes and enhance P2P, O2C, and manufacturing cycles for different subsidiaries. We automated Quote-to-Cash process by integrating Oracle Order Management with Salesforce. Our accelerators enabled quicker global rollouts by reducing the effort and time for configurations and data migration.

This resulted in a smooth rollout and adoption of standardized processes globally and automated the sales order creation process in Oracle, triggered from Salesforce CRM quotes powered via integration. The solution also provided a consistent view of data across geographies by fulfilling the localization requirements and leveraging the industry best standards.

Nagarro played a key role in onboarding our acquired entities across the globe to HID’s unified Oracle platform. They extensively supported us in our global rollouts by designing and building business-specific solutions for Oracle Financials, Supply chain, and system integrations. Nagarro’s Oracle team facilitated quicker process mappings and automation resulting in smoother transitions.
