Streamlining case intake for a global pharma giant

The client's vision involved creating a multi-tenant automated case intake solution that enabled automated case ingestion, including fetching adverse event case files from various sources like health portals, call centers, PV alliance partners, safety partners, and web portals. 
They sought AI/ML-based processing of various types of case forms (such as CIOMS, E2B, etc.) received in multiple formats like pdf, word, and Excel via various source types like emails, FTP, and web portals. Additionally, the client wanted an access management system for each customer, ensuring highly secured data access only to authorized users.

We have built a robust and scalable SAAS platform on the AWS cloud to handle case ingestion, identification, tracking, and triaging from structured and unstructured sources. 
During the design phase, Nagarro utilized advanced prototyping techniques to help the client visualize the solution, incorporating aggregate reporting, OCRing solution, and literature screening at the process level. 
Moving into the implementation phase, we established a product backlog and elaborated on user stories to ensure project success. 
The team prepared deployment procedure documents to facilitate a smooth and efficient project deployment, while rigorous testing ensured comprehensive quality assurance for all related processes.
