As part of its digital strategy, SIXT Denmark relies on cloud platforms to run reservation services, financial operations, and business intelligence. To support international standards and strengthen data-driven decision making, the team needed a secure, scalable, and automated cloud foundation that could power continuous operations, financial auditing, and standardized reservation services.

 

 

 

SIXT Denmark partnered with Nagarro to modernize its cloud infrastructure, automate financial data workflows, and deliver real-time KPI visibility through a production-ready Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.

SIXT Denmark needed to strengthen its cloud foundation to meet global operational standards while improving the efficiency and reliability of business-critical data processes.
The team wanted to automate KPI reporting from HR and finance systems to improve visibility, consolidate revenue reconciliation across different data sources to minimize auditing effort, and prepare their Reservation API for global requirements. They further sought to make their cloud environments secure, production-ready, and scalable, supported by proactive monitoring to manage operational risk.
