Klosterfrau and SAP S/4HANA

Two of the company locations previously used the SAP ERP system, and one used a non-SAP solution. As part of a consolidation project, SAP S/4HANA was implemented as a shared SAP ERP solution at these three locations. The primary goal was to merge and harmonize master data and processes from these three locations. The client wanted to shift its focus from departments to processes by making the latter efficient, standardized, and scalable. 

The client selected SAP S/4HANA and Nagarro’s Fit4Life science template. The template is based on preconfigured and standardized end-to-end processes and best practices in the pharmaceutical industry, and it is specially customized and scalable for Klosterfrau. All project phases were completed using established methods to avoid friction wherever possible and to smoothly complete the implementation process.

Klosterfrau significantly benefited from a dynamic and scalable ERP environment that is up to the task at hand, given the company’s growth trajectory and current digitization projects. The industry-specific template allows the company to easily manage roll-out projects without significant time losses and add new sites to the central SAP S/4HANA system. Standardized database and optimized, agile, and efficient processes lead to greater profitability across all departments and sites.
