The client is one of the largest independent publishing houses in the Nordics, with publications across three major areas and a digital learning portal for students and teachers. Nagarro helped restructure the processes of the existing digital portal to manage new requirements with scalability and support better decision making.
Their digital portal was overly complex and had a large amount of technical debt. Most components of the solution were outdated and were poorly configured. The processes for new requirements, development, maintenance and operations also needed restructuring.
