Our client, a prominent real estate market leader in DACH, faced the challenge of modernizing its digitalization program. As they prepared to hand over the company to the next generation, they needed to bring their sprawling and diverse sub-companies into the 21st century. Their small IT department lacked the resources to drive large-scale changes efficiently, and their lack of a unified approach to reliability was affecting both their financials and reputation.

Nagarro collaborated closely with the client to develop a holistic digital transformation program with seven critical workstreams. This program encompassed cloud migration, application modernization, change management, program marketing, program governance, and investment and property management. The first priority was introducing cloud technology and transitioning infrastructure resources to the cloud. This shift was complemented by the adoption of agile practices, which led to the redevelopment of numerous customer-facing applications. To ensure consistent value delivery, a robust, lean-agile program governance framework was established.
