A leading banking institution in Mauritius, sought to enhance its decision-making capabilities to gain a competitive advantage. The client decided to integrate a new analytics application. However, integrating the analytics application with the HCM application in real-time posed significant challenges. Data across modules needed validation, APIs were missing for critical business objects, and manual workflows were slowing down operations and increasing the risk of errors.
To solve this, they partnered with Nagarro. Using Oracle Integration Cloud, Nagarro designed a flexible and scalable integration approach. A zero-downtime data migration strategy was implemented, and batching logic was developed to handle high data volumes, and dynamic integration logic added flexibility. Data quality issues were identified and corrected across modules. The result was a seamless, automated data flow that improved accuracy, accelerated reporting, and empowered timely, data-driven decisions for the client.
