MS Dynamics 365 fuels customer visibility and sales

Enabling 360 degree customer view and propel business growth.
The client wanted to optimize its existing CRM solution,  currently running on CRM 2011 platform. They sought to streamline and optimize their sales processes and enable remote work functionality for the sales team. They also wanted to streamline and segment data efficiently to unlock its full potential. 

We built a holistic, integrated solution enabling data collaboration between third-party tools. The implementation included migrating the on-prem CRM to cloud-based Dynamics 365 for 12 business units.

As the next step, we used Scribe for data migration and Power BI for data segregation. The team streamlined their processes for lead-to-opportunity management, lead-to-order creation, and contact management. To ensure remote access, we enabled out-of-the-box mobile application access.

Lastly, we integrated Dynamics 365 with Sharepoint for document management and collaboration and the OneTrust application for factoring user communication processes. At the same time,  Dynamics Axapta was utilized to sync customer data and backend invoice creation and data processing. 


The modernized solution enabled the ingestion and processing of lead data from websites, social media, and others. It also enabled the users to manage pricing on quotes for approvals.

The implementation ensured a 360-degree customer view and mobile accessibility for the sales teams. It led to an enhanced user experience and improved usability and scalability. It reduced the in-system complexity through optimization and comprehensive reports and dashboards.
