Helping AI-enabled hiring platform provider achieve first-mover advantage by leveraging GitHub CoPilot

the story

Our client is one of the leading AI/ML-based hiring platform providers. Their platform aims at enhancing the overall experience for companies looking for talent as well as create a positive experience for candidates during the entire journey. They were looking to revamp their existing product by enhancing its UI/UX and adding more features and functionalities to it.

We recommended utilizing Microsoft GitHub CoPilot for faster go-to-market by streamlining code development for a swift product launch.

One of the project's major challenges was a few limitations in the existing product architecture. Ensuring faster go-to-market was imperative to gain a competitive edge. Simultaneously, we had to be cautious in selecting LLM models that worked offline as we were building a data-led product to ensure data does not leave the customer's environments.

For faster go-to-market, we chose Microsoft GitHub CoPilot that allowed developers to write code and build the product within the stipulated time frame. Building a data-led product, we were cautious in selecting LLM models that worked offline, ensuring data did not leave the customer's environment. So, we worked in the private mode of CoPilot to develop both frontend and backend features like APIs, connectors, etc. We leveraged our in-house accelerators to save time and costs:

Engineering Accelerator, an open-source implementation, helped quickly set-up framework in the initial development phases.
A2A.Driven helped the team automate all types of testing, saving time and effort.

With our expertise in Generative AI and pre-built accelerators, we substantially reduced time-to-market and introduced a highly scalable and robust application architecture to augment business growth. We did this by saving time and effort upwards of 15%. The new solution also offers AI-enabled features, helping improve productivity.
