Our client is a leading provider of technologically advanced acute care solutions that simplify and automate all phases of acute care testing. The organization develops, manufactures, and markets solutions for blood sampling, blood gas analysis, transcutaneous monitoring, immunoassay testing, and related IT management systems. They were looking for a trusted partner for end-to-end IT support solutions, and Nagarro was entrusted with providing IT infrastructure support.

The client’s major challenges were managing and supporting the existing IT infrastructure while ensuring technical support to improve their end-user experience, offering faster troubleshooting and the quick resolution of incidents.

We partnered with them to cover the entire range of application services that catered to their business needs, offering a more reliable, high-speed network with robust security and comprehensive support. Nagarro provided network support services and O&M support to Network Infrastructure in Datacentre and Branch Networks. Moreover, we managed the backup and storage operations and owned database support operations globally.

By proactively mitigating potential issues in the backup infrastructure, we ensured 99% data backup SLA. The SQL Server databases and instances were consolidated, reducing SQL server licensing and server hardware costs. We also upgraded legacy servers (SQL 2000 & SQL 2005) successfully with minimum downtime.
