AMSURG Corp. is a nationally recognized leader in the development, management, and operation of outpatient surgery centers. To ensure high-quality and cost-effective patient care, AMSURG must keep its physicians' network up to date on current clinical and operational best practices. Earlier, it used phone, email, and in-person communication to support its network of partner physicians located in 33 states across the US. However, considering the volume and complexity of data, there was a need for an advanced solution. Nagarro developed a SharePoint 2013-based online physicians’ portal to deliver to the client’s needs.

To replace its archaic system to support its network of partner physicians as the quantum of data was too large and complex. Physicians in the network had varying levels of technology experience, which made it difficult to find a one-size-fits-all solution.

We developed an online B2B portal to enable physicians and field staff to access critical data in a self-service model. Further, the portal presents financial information for each surgery center and optimized content based on the specialty of surgery centers.
