How Nagarro helped a gaming company with a robust digital transformation strategy
the challenge
A world-leader in online entertainment and gaming solicited our expertise in drafting a cohesive company-wide cloud strategy and in creating a transformation and execution approach. Caught up with many different stakeholders distributed across multiple legal entities, their main challenge was to harmonize the different requirements and expectations.
the solution
Nagarro started an extensive discovery phase to identify the pain points and demands of multiple stakeholders and players. We also co-created solution approaches and drafted a change strategy with concrete implementation initiatives. We applied portfolio management mechanics and considered initiatives as per a value/effort matrix. This eventually led to a prioritized implementation roadmap. With the help of many loops of constant feedback, we were able to meet the needs of all the stakeholders as well as the organization.
