Intelligent tour planning with SAP Sales Cloud for fritz-kola


A few years back, fritz-kola faced the challenge of finding a new software solution for their 150 field sales representatives in Germany. They needed a modern CRM solution to streamline their sales processes. A special emphasis was placed on sustainability as the company conducted numerous customer visits and wanted to adopt environmentally conscious practices while doing so.


In collaboration with Nagarro, the intelligent and dynamic tour and visit planning solution called "maiTour" was integrated into the SAP Sales Cloud. This innovative solution takes into account various factors during visit planning, such as individual visit frequency, duration, customer opening hours, and other relevant information.


The successful implementation of maiTour digitized, harmonized, and simplified the sales processes at fritz-kola. The solution allows employees to easily prioritize customer visits and plan their routes optimally. With a score-based evaluation, the potential for customer development is identified and integrated into the route planning.

What we particularly liked about working with Nagarro was the consultation. The colleagues not only implemented what we had in mind, but also went the extra mile where necessary and came up with suitable alternative proposals from their expert point of view.
