By building a connected CICD platform, Nagarro provided a connected services product line capable of self-service, testing automation and automated release management process. The client wanted enterprise-wide continuous integration continuous delivery (CI CD) to bring agility in deployment of services and reduce time-to-market  for critical product for faster product innovation. They required a platform that can run on AWS, on-premise, and Azure.

the solution

Our comprehensive solution migrated the CICD Tool Stack with self-service Jenkins for advanced customer accounts and auto-generated multi-branch pipelines (OpenShift, Classic IT, Library). It created One-Click Jenkins (OCJ) to be deployed over the OpenShift setup on AWS and Azure, and also ensured logging and monitoring . It also provided 24*7 support for product teams via webinars & documentation to ensure faster onboarding across USA, EMEA, and China.

the outcome

The solution involved onboarding of about 40+ products, with 300+ microservices for 1,000+ users. The platform enables 300+ production deployments and 1800+ deployments per month.

The automation of the DevOps tool chain has improved collaboration across business and technology teams, helping them focus on business feature development.

A much smoother migration and resilient architecture has reduced ticket volume by 75%.
