Digitization of the Erste Financial Life Park (on-site visitor program on finance) experience

the story

Erste Financial Life Park, or FLiP for short, is a financial project from the Erste Group (one of the largest financial services providers in Eastern Europe). The project includes a financial education bus, e-learning units, workshops, and a wide range of teaching and learning materials.

FLiP collaborated with Nagarro to spread its financial experience beyond its on-site premises. Nagarro developed a digital and interactive virtual environment, enabling seamless knowledge transfer between Erste Financial Life Park's (FLiP) participants, facilitators, and the project units.

The project will increase financial awareness across Austria, especially among young people, and bring behavioral changes in the long run.

FliP had limited reach as an on-site tour.
Off-campus interactions with participants were limited to surveys.
Participants could not further explore the financial space beyond the tour.

the solution

Digitized the tour space using 360-degree images and a cloud-based platform
Designed the cloud platform with a low technical barrier to entry. It runs on all browsers, tablets, and laptops with an active internet connection
The platform allows the knowledge facilitators to administer the space independently. This includes the entire process, from creating the room to conducting the tour and the interactive games.

the outcome

The leading target group (young people and especially women) throughout Austria has barrier-free access to the project now.
Participants can explore the financial space themselves and perform different tasks.
Participants’ financial knowledge can sustainably improve with guided and interactive knowledge transfer.

We are very pleased to have realized this project with Nagarro. For us, it is the first stage on our journey into virtual worlds. The tests with school classes have shown that virtual access is very suitable for our target group and is enthusiastically adopted.

The cooperation with Nagarro was very smooth. They have incorporated all our experience and professionally implemented our requirements.
