Transforming Oracle managed services

Bringing new functionalities and best practices to ERP for increased supply chain efficiency 


The client sought to extend its Oracle platform to cater to specific business processes and integrate its CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (Oracle Cloud) applications to maintain data integrity and seamless information flow. The existing ERP platform required an upgrade using best practices to tackle the ticket backlog and inadequate support. The client’s team also required training to execute the end-to-end process in the supply chain.


Nagarro helped provide managed services to the client for integrated applications and support processes linked to Oracle Financials, Supply Chain, and Projects, as well as support for the incident management. We achieved 99.9% response and resolution SLA for support tickets. Nagarro has introduced to the client, Oracle best practices in financials, supply chain, and project modules and re-engineered the business process to meet global industry standards. Our continuous user training has helped users quickly adopt the latest Oracle solution features, improving day-to-day business processing.


The implementation has resulted in business continuity through timely resolution of tickets and enhanced user experience by standard solutions. Custom developments help meet the unique business needs of the client. The client improved its supply chain timelines and achieved higher delivery optimization.
