Enabling data-driven decision making for public entities

A comprehensive platform was needed to aggregate a broad spectrum of data and visualize the socio-economic state of over 200 countries worldwide against more than 700 international KPIs in several fields, ranging from education and health to social affairs and industry.

Nagarro designed a working pilot based on specific user stories provided by the client. The team delivered wireframes, an interactive prototype for the user interface, a visual style guide, and the documentation showcasing behavior and interaction patterns present in the design solution. Using agile methodology, the project was completed after multiple iterations and revisions, and although faced with a tight deadline, the team successfully delivered on time and within budget.

One month after the beta launch, the application received 11,000 visits, 47% from desktop users, and 53% from mobile devices. The global performance hub enables data-informed decisions, providing a convenient source of information to governments across the world through one comprehensive and intuitive platform.
