Nagarro developed an immersive mobile app to digitize the vehicle insurance journey. Prospects and policyholders can purchase or renew their vehicle insurance, file claims, and stay up-to-date on their policy records. Also, the app gives the location of partner garages in case of an accident. The agents have access to features, such as premium calculators, account management, pre-insurance inspection, and renewal on-the-go, making them more effective and efficient when interacting with prospects and policyholders.
