About the client

Dublin Airport Authority (daa) is a global airport and travel retail group with operations in 15 countries around the world. daa manages one of Europe’s busiest international hubs with 32 million passengers annually and is rapidly expanding in terms of growth and revenue.

Business needs

daa aimed to transform its passenger service offering through a unified, mobile-first digital marketplace. The envisioned platform would integrate multiple airport services (such as car parking, fast track, and lounge access) as well as bus bookings, while supporting a future roadmap within a multi-tenant system.

To build this next-generation marketplace, daa partnered with Nagarro to develop a modular, cloud-native platform on Azure.

Nagarro and daa teams got together to develop a next-generation e-commerce marketplace using a modular, cloud-native design on Azure.
