Our client, a leading manufacturing giant, has a multi-cloud enterprise commerce solution that is a highly complex cloud architecture with multiple integrations and dependencies. With thousands of interdependent businesses and channel partners across multiple geographies, one failure leads to missing out on a critical business opportunity. Putting their trust in Nagarro's highly resilient architecture, we helped establish resiliency in their complex platform and ensure uninterrupted services (despite outages) across multitude of partners, ergo saving millions in revenue.

The system supports thousands of independent businesses and one failed service call on critical touchpoints like two-factor authentication, quote generation or pricing and availability could result in a missed sales opportunity and eventual revenue losses. The client’s leadership prioritized high uptime and availability to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.

Consulted multiple business groups and worked closely with the product team to define service level indicators and objectives, set up custom observability dashboards to track key availability metrics, introduced resilience patterns in the architecture to build graceful degradation strategies against service provider outages, unanticipated surges in traffic volumes, and cybersecurity attacks. Performed automated heartbeat tests in production to monitor its health and co-creating the incident management program and runbooks that ensure business continuity.
