Nagarro delivered a conversational AI platform for credit initiation powered by NIA, our proprietary AI accelerator, within three weeks, against an anticipated timeline of six weeks. The solution enables Relationship Managers (RMs) to seamlessly initiate and manage the CCLM journey through an intuitive and guided chat-based experience.

Through natural conversation, RMs can upload and review key documents, validate client information, analyze financials, perform projections and submit proposals within a single interface. The solution combines document intelligence, financial spreading and analysis, and projection capabilities to help RMs make credit proposals faster.

The solution marks an important step toward reimagining corporate lending through an agentic AI lens, where intelligence supports users across complex, decision-heavy processes while keeping human control at the center.
