Migrating legacy documents to
Quadient Inspire

The client had worked with Quadient consultants to select and implement Inspire as their CCM platform, but they were unable to hire capable resources in-house. They began the project with onshore resources, but costs were prohibitive.

Provided US-based consultants who coordinated priorities and project scope between the client team in the US and our offshore project team.

Created a framework for specifying documents for client approval and turned the approved documents into fully implemented and tested templates.

Rationalized all legacy content and created a new document series in Inspire from scratch.

Upgraded client's legacy document platform, leveraging all the functionalities of Quadient Inspire.

Our new templates streamlined the process of developing their entire library of documents in 6 languages.

We used "cost and production efficiencies" to build a bigger hybrid on-shore/off-shore implementation team that was 3X more productive than the original team, saving the client around USD 1 million over the traditional consulting approach.
