Business reporting was made available in a tabular format. The client wanted to upgrade to a quick KPI monitoring process that proactively highlighted changes in high-level KPIs. They also wanted to re-engineer the data ingestion process for faster data processing and to avoid any process delays. While the existing process served its purposes, it did not allow customization.

Nagarro partnered with the client to conceptualize, design, and develop a business intelligence solution that took the sales and inventory, finance and pricing, and order data sets into account. We built executive dashboards that visually display organizational KPIs, metrics, and data to help make critical business decisions. Visual libraries and extensions were introduced into the platform to improve visualization and performance, streamlining the data ingestion process for better efficiency. The BI platform has a custom, intelligent notification system that generates data-driven alerts, and forecasting and predictive analytics that offer insights into business performance.

The modernized reporting view offers a summary of critical KPIs. With a centralized data repository and self-service analytics, stakeholders can customize the reports to suit their requirements without dependency on the other teams. Our BI solution allowed the client team to vastly increase its ability to take data-driven actions/decisions, improving business productivity.
