Our client is a leading global provider that continues to push the envelope in modern health information technology and methodical clinical research. The company needed a platform where clinical trial data could be stored in an environment that protects sensitive information. Nagarro developed a secure and dependable platform to handle and monitor the API services efficiently and avert risks. The solution led to successful workflow automation, compressed timelines, and improved accuracy.

Vast data is gathered in every clinical trial routine to improve patient safety. To anticipate process endeavors, the client needed a single platform that collects all this data in various formats (PDF, Doc, VSD, PNG) from patients all over the globe and leverages several sources. The data loaded from the Salesforce interface and its size can go up to a few megabytes. The greatest challenge was to ensure end-to-end security for the client with highly confidential data at stake.

Nagarro partnered with the client to create multiple Mulesoft APIs and deployed them securely to the cloud listening to Salesforce events and processed the records as they were published. Our developers set up an effective error handling mechanism to avoid data loss. If an issue occurs during the processing, no message is lost, and once the issue is resolved, everything goes back to the regular course. To prevent any data leak, we delivered end-to-end secured services using various security mechanisms.
