Our client, UK-based leading supplier of global insurance and employee benefits market information, primarily collects, transforms, and distributes the most relevant market information to their end clients worldwide. Data is collected, transformed, and stored in the client's globally standardized class tree to eliminate the inherent differences in reporting across territories and enable comparison of markets, including the line of business detail. However, the data platform, build on legacy technology, was limiting w.r.t processes, platform stability, and user experience. With massive data to process, the client sought to reform their existing data platform into an end-to-end platform that offers a centralized data lake, is AI/ML-ready and offers an enhanced overall customer journey and experience.
