The client’s diversified technology landscape made the digitalization of the customer journey technically complex and expensive. We recommended our client use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for time and operational savings. We applied our Thinking Breakthroughs framework to conceptualize and build a secured infrastructure for analytics and machine learning workloads to give researchers, investigators, practitioners, and professionals reliable, comprehensive, and privacy-compliant access to these massive datasets. Through secure collaboration and analysis, this initiative will assist research organizations to unlock the future.

Nagarro experts build servers on AWS to ensure a highly available architecture at a better price and redirect the nonprofit’s staff toward more strategic projects. Today, majority of the client’s server and data lake environment runs on AWS, a service that enables customers to consolidate their on-premises data centers, extend data center capacity with cloud resources and enhance disaster recovery capabilities. We assisted in the complete migration of backups and business continuity program to AWS. Post our recommendation, the client's disaster recovery program is more robust and centralized by migrating it to CloudEndure Disaster Recovery. The migration will help minimize downtime and data loss by ensuring fast, reliable recovery of physical, virtual, and cloud-based servers on AWS. This will position them in the future to expand and deliver a robust disaster recovery environment.

Migrating its backup and business continuity system to AWS provides more ease of use and flexibility, higher availability, and reduced operational costs, enabling restore times of less than 10 minutes, rather than the previous restore times of 2–3 hours.
