Premium digital engagement for off-roading enthusiasts

"Ardhi" a one-of-its-kind digital platform that enhances brand advocacy for Land Rover.
JLR realized that off-roaders lack a common platform to exchange their experiences. They relied on archaic methods of tracking, storing, and maintaining their route logs. JLR saw this as an opportunity to connect with the niche community and build advocacy for their Land Rover brand by addressing the off-roaders’ need of efficiently planning and sharing a road trip.
JLR and Nagarro co-developed “Ardhi” – a digital platform that allows off-roaders to create unique routes from scratch, discover popular routes, explore points of interest, and follow famous off-roaders. The Android and iOS platform comes with various SOS features and is well-integrated with social media applications. The Mobile apps, Admin Portal, and APIs that power the digital customer experience is developed, hosted, and maintained by Nagarro.
The platform has 90,000+ registered users globally who have created a repository of 8,800+ routes. JLR can access critical insights on the off-roading community’s pains and desires and has been able to enhance its engagement across the customer lifecycle. And personalized campaigns through the platform have also helped JLR boost its market penetration in the region.
