Driving efficiency in large scale API test migration

The migration involved thousands of API test scenarios with complex request chaining, validations, and dependencies. The team used a custom GPT‑based utility to automate the conversion of ReadyAPI tests into Postman collections, achieving high initial automation efficiency. The solution was dockerized and deployed on AWS to enable parallel execution. Our engineers then conducted detailed reviews and manually assessed the AI-generated output to ensure that the migrated scripts were fully accurate and operational. Such efforts led to production-ready quality while preserving chaining logic, request structures, and validations. 

Completed within 4.5 months, the engagement resulted in the successful migration of over 8,500 API test scenarios from ReadyAPI to Postman.
