Powering field workers with critical information

A knowledge app powered by AI that allows workers quick access to critical information and enables them to handle on-field equipment issues effectively.


The challenge wasn’t with the availability of data; it was in making it accessible to workers in time of need. The knowledge must be available to the workers while in the field to help them make informed decisions. The information needs to be specific to their requirement, easily understandable, and quickly available.


Nagarro built an AI-powered knowledge app that can identify pieces of relevant information and make them available to the workers as and when they need it. The application uses historical information collated from the past experiences of these workers and leverages AI to sort this information and make it easily accessible. It also takes worker experience into account while creating the information bank. And comes with scalable infrastructure making this information accessible to multiple workers across sites. 


The AI-based app comes with enhanced search capabilities through a simple interface. The information collected further improves processes, addresses FAQs, and helps identify the need for worker training based on their experience and search history on the app. As a result, the effort and time to resolve on-field requirements were significantly lower.
