SAFe Agilist (SA) - Leading SAFe 5.1

In the two and a half days of the course, you will learn the principles and practices of Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe) and how different agile working methods can be combined in software development to enable agility even in large projects with many teams through Agile Release Trains. As an outcome of the Leading SAFe 5.1 training, you will be able to lead a Lean-Agile transformation at enterprise level.

You will gain an understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset and why it is so beneficial to the ever-changing market demands. As part of the Leading SAFe 5.1 training, you will also get practical advice on supporting agile teams and programmes, creating a lean portfolio, a continuous software delivery process and a DevOps culture. We will also show you how to successfully implement optimised solutions for complex IT projects and the digitisation of your business.

  • Experience and knowledge in agile methodology - especially in relation to Scrum.
  • Working experience with Scrum and/or a CSM/PSM I certification would be beneficial
