Participants of this training will receive all the knowledge and techniques they require to set up an agile project for success. Pre-requisites
- Practise agile approaches, frameworks and roles for at least 6 months
- Have first experience with common agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum or Kanban)
- Be comfortable with basic agile terminology
- Feel confident in using online collaboration tools (video calls, digital whiteboards, etc.)
