WhizBot: WhatsApp Chatbot

Ensuring the continuity of business operations around the clock is critical for global business organizations. For most companies, business operations like creating/ approving purchase orders/invoices, merchandising sales orders, and raising simple IT tickets are dependent on the access and availability of an ERP system. It is cumbersome for users to access these systems on the fly, so we have built a WhatsApp chatbot that allows you to perform these transactions through a simple chat.

The context

Mobile application solutions simplify and automate complex transactions for organizations. But building these applications requires substantial time, effort, and money, and one of these factors can defer the whole application development project. There are also concerns over these applications becoming obsolete with the emergence of a new technology platform.

To overcome these challenges, we used WhatsApp as the front-end application. We designed a scalable chat BOT solution that can be trained for any transactions (be it Oracle ERP or any system) through simple questions. Once the questionnaires are fed into the system, new features for the application can be ready within a few days. In contrast, a typical mobile application requires months to incorporate new features.

The Solution

WhizBot is a one-stop solution that allows users to initiate conversations through WhatsApp, which offers a list of transactions. The BOT further asks questions based on a particular transaction and executes transactions based on the inputs provided. Based on the custom algorithm using Python, it reports the status or required API output. 
 
The solution comes with AI features that reduce the inputs the user needs for a particular transaction. It is an entirely scalable, customized, and flexible solution that can accommodate any new feature as per your business requirements.
