Nagarro collects Personal Data about its prospective customers and/or visitors and jobseekers of its website. This information is limited to the kinds of information that can be found on a business card: first name, last name, job title, employer name, work address, work email, and work phone number. We use this information to assess the needs of the customers and to offer possible solutions with our services. We do not sell any Personal Data to anyone and it is shared between Nagarro companies only to the extent permitted under applicable laws.

We use HubSpot for our digital marketing activities. HubSpot, an American provider of software for marketing automation, is headquartered in the USA and has its European office in Ireland (HubSpot, Inc., 25 First Street, 2nd Floor, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA, Attn: Privacy. | HubSpot, Ground Floor, Two Dockland Central Guild Street, Dublin 1, Ireland). We use HubSpot to analyze and provide marketing content, in particular for e mail marketing, landing pages and contact management. Visitors to our website can use contact forms to learn more about us, download content and supply us with contact details (plus additional demographic information, where appropriate). This information is stored on HubSpot servers, where we use it to optimize our activities regarding and contact with potential customers. All the information we gather in this way is governed by this privacy provision. HubSpot is a member of what is known as the EU-US Privacy Shield. We are convinced that HubSpot genuinely meets its self-certification obligation pursuant to the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement. Moreover, HubSpot publicly declares its commitment to compliance with these principles. Our investigation found the current certification to be valid. HubSpot is bound by the terms of both the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield.
Nagarro also uses Seismic for digital marketing activities. Seismic is an American provider with its headquarters in the USA (Seismic Software Inc., 12390 El Camino Real, San Diego, California 92130 USA). We use Seismic as a Sales Enablement Platform for providing marketing information material to customers and potential customers of Nagarro. For this purpose, the customer's mail address is saved on the Seismic platform. The customers receive a Nagarro email with the information and a link to the shared content. On clicking the link, they will get the information which are available for them. As long as they are inside the Seismic application, their engagement with the content is recorded for analytics and made available to Nagarro. This is not the case if they choose the option of viewing the data anonymously.
The customer can request the deletion / update of his or her stored data directly at any time within the scope of GDPR Article 12-23 regarding his or her rights (opt out, information, etc.). This is possible using the button “GDPR request “on the Data Privacy Website of Seismic. Of course, the customer can also contact Nagarro directly, who will then exercise their rights.
