Nagarro reaffirms net-zero commitment with SBTi validation of targets

New Delhi, September 18, 2025 – Nagarro, a global digital engineering leader, today announced that the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) has validated its target to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across its entire value chain by 2050.

As part of its near-term targets, Nagarro commits to reducing absolute Scope 1 GHG emissions by 55% by 2033 (from a 2023 baseline) and to sourcing 100% renewable electricity by 2030, up from 8.46% in 2023. By 2029, it also aims for a quarter of its supplier spend—covering purchased goods, services, and capital goods—to be with suppliers that have science-based targets. For Scope 3, Nagarro targets a 61% reduction in emissions per million EUR of value added by 2033. 

In order to achieve net zero emissions no later than 2050, Nagarro commits to reduce its Scope 1 and Scope 3 emissions by 97% and to continue sourcing 100% renewable electricity from 2030 onwards.
