About Nagarro

Nagarro is an AI transformation and engineering leader founded in 1996 by Manas Human and a group of entrepreneurs who wanted to build a technology company focused on solving complex engineering problems rather than simply providing traditional outsourcing services. In 2020, it spun off from Allgeier to become an independent, publicly listed company on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Today it operates in 40 countries with 18,500 colleagues and over 1,000 clients. A human-centric digital AI transformation company, Nagarro combines business and technical expertise with a strong cultural focus on collaboration and innovation.

Nagarro recently introduced its Fluidic Intelligence approach, which is already delivering 20 percent-plus business productivity gains across client projects. Manas Human

Dr. Manas Human is the Co-founder and CEO (Custodian of Entrepreneurship) at Nagarro and Chairperson of its Executive Board. He is responsible for shaping the company’s strategic direction, driving both short-term priorities and long-term objectives, ensuring financial sustainability, and aligning teams across the organization to deliver strong business outcomes. He holds a Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management and a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT Delhi), along with an MS in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stanford University, where he was awarded a fellowship from the Stanford Institute of Manufacturing and Automation. He has also conducted research with the Technology and Operations Management group at Harvard Business School.

Beyond Nagarro, Manas has served as Chairperson of the NASSCOM Regional Council for Haryana and is a Founder Trustee at Plaksha University and the Raahgiri Foundation. He is also a co-creator of Haryana Vision Zero.
