Our client is a global healthcare provider specializing in lifesaving medicines and technologies for infusion, transfusion, and clinical nutrition. The company offers a broad range of products and services for critically and chronically ill patients. For many years, the client faced challenges in the standardization of its compliance filing workflow. A custom platform was needed to provide support to the client’s legal and compliance teams worldwide. We delivered a custom digital solution to streamline the compliance filling workflow across different geolocations and business units, improving the transparency of contractual obligations, and enhancing their efficiency in all compliance-related responsibilities.

The lack of a standardized and streamlined solution because of tedious manual processes and multiple solutions employed for compliance filing workflow across the organization on a global scale.

A three-phased plan (implementation, extension, and migration) for the deployment of a SharePoint-based platform to eliminate manual document processing by shifting to a digital format with improved security, scalability, OOTB functionality, as well as smooth and quick user adoption.

Tremendous support for legal and compliance representatives with increased data security and data integrity, enhanced transparency of contractual obligations. The solution enables clear separation between the responsibilities of users and permission profiles, according to GxP functions, while ensuring full compliance with CFR21 Part 11 and ERES.
