Neurodiversity: Caring for inclusion

TestingPro is Nagarro‘s neurodiversity training initiative that prepares neurodivergent talent for roles in software testing and beyond. Together with our partners, we combine structured learning with practical experience to support sustainable entry into the job market. Learn how the programmes work, what participants learn, and how companies can benefit from inclusive hiring.

The talent

Many people on the autism spectrum bring distinctive strengths to the workplace. They often approach tasks in a highly structured and logical way, spot patterns quickly, enjoy clear routines, and show strong attention to detail and memory. Neurodivergent strengths vary from person to person, but they frequently align well with analytical work. That’s why IT—and especially areas like software testing—can be a strong fit, where precision and focus are genuinely valued.

What's in it for companies?

Strong teams benefit from cognitive diversity—people who bring different perspectives, strengths, and ways of problem-solving. Some team members naturally focus on patterns and the bigger picture, while others excel at deep analysis, precision, and detail. When these strengths are supported and combined thoughtfully, teams can improve quality, reduce risk, and make better decisions across the organization. If you’re looking for software testers and/or AI & data assistants, we support you in matching your needs with suitable talents.
