Nagarro zeigt Augmented Reality und die neue Generation von Supply Chains bei Nokias "Factory in a Box 2.0" auf der Hannover Messe

Informationen zu "Factory in a Box 2.0"

Factory in a Box 1.0 wurde 2017 von Nokia konzipiert und auf der Hannover Messe 2018 vorgestellt. Der Idee liegt der Gedanke zugrunde, Industrie 4.0/Supply Chain 4.0 wo immer es notwendig ist mit agiler, modularer und flexibler Produktion zu unterstützen. Nokias "Factory in a Box 2.0" setzt dieses Konzept mit der Integration neuer Technologien wie moderne 3D-Manufaktur, Robotik und Augmented Reality fort. Die zugrundeliegende Kommunikationsinfrastruktur setzt Nokias 5G-Netzwerkkapazitäten wirksam ein.

 

Augmented Reality erweitert die Kapazitäten von Arbeitnehmern innerhalb der "Factory in a Box 2.0."

Nagarros AR-Lösung wird Arbeitnehmern im Inneren der "Factory in a Box 2.0" die Herstellung fehlerfreier Werkstücke und die Nutzung moderner Fertigungsmaschinen ermöglichen. Dieses AR-Lösungskonzept für die nächste Generation vernetzter Arbeitnehmer überzeugt mit folgenden Funktionen: Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitungen, sprachgesteuerte Navigation, Fernverbindungen mit Fachkräften sowie die Fähigkeit, Notizen zu machen. Die Augmented Reality-Anwendung - die mittels Skylight, Upskills auf vielschichtiger Erfahrung basierender AR-Softwareplattform, errichtet wurde - befähigt Arbeitnehmer dazu, sich in kürzester Zeit mit kundenspezifischen Fertigungsprozessen auf hochentwickelten Anlagen vertraut zu machen und diese zu übernehmen. Die Hannover Messe präsentiert die Lösung auf drei verschiedenen Smartglasses - Glass Enterprise Edition, Realwear HMT-1 und Vuzix M300.
