The Story

Tom Horn Gaming is an omni-channel software supplier with a rich portfolio of casino games. This includes an extensive collection of cross-platform video slots, available on mobiles, desktops, and terminals. The company was struggling with an ever-increasing backlog of work, poor delivery predictability, and a high time to market (TTM) to launch new games and meet customer commitments. Nagarro worked closely with the leadership to identify the underlying impediments and aligned solutions accordingly to their vision of transformation.



Keeping up with the demand to deliver new games to its partners, poor coordination among the teams involved in delivery, low predictability with commitments and missing delivery deadlines.



Backed by the 5Ps approach, the complete enterprise transformation process involved Value Stream Mapping, an overhaul of working processes - including resource leveling, brainstorming with digital whiteboards, better prioritization of work and alignment of dependency management.



Improvement in completion of features as per the commitment, up from 25% to 95% per development cycle. The visibility for business went up from a week to 6 months with a significant decrease in time to market for new games and greater productivity across teams and the overall value stream.

Since the very first call with Nagarro's consultants, I had a feeling the agile transformation initiative (which included mentoring and coaching under the supervision of the Nagarro Agile CoE) will be a success. After two months of close cooperation with them, I must say, the result is even better than what I had thought.
