Solution

Nagarro developed an automated transport optimization and dispatching tool, for the movement of maintenance, repair, and overhaul parts. The system was built to communicate to the drivers via handheld barcode and RFID solution to track the movement of parts and to integrate with airplane position information allowing pickup and delivery on the tarmac. It helps in managing complicated logistics of moving spare parts, reducing high costs associated with manual planning and movement leading to poor resource planning.
