Patrimonio, a 15-year-old company with 17 regional branches, is considered one of Mexico’s most efficient and technologically advanced financial companies. However, the company’s double-digit annual growth over the past several years was beginning to overtax its complex array of more than 20 homegrown internal applications. To enable continued growth and competitive advantage, Patrimonio needed to make a complete shift to SAP’s more flexible and robust platform while integrating with existing Microsoft and IBM business applications.

After an intensive search process, Patrimonio hired Nagarro’s SAP Consulting Services to oversee complete SAP architecture, development, implementation and SAP BASIS administration services across the SAP platform. Nagarro will build ten new SAP-based process automation systems as part of this engagement, as well as additional SAP-based applications as needed.

With its new SAP-based ERP system and process automation applications, Patrimonio, which now manages approximately 40,000 mortgages, will have the capacity to efficiently handle at least 500,000 mortgages without system delays or inconsistencies in customer data. Patrimonio is poised to capture additional market share by working with Nagarro on innovative new processes and products delivered through the SAP platform.
